We went once before Christmas, and it was really quite lovely and festive. Not stayed over Christmas though.

went for new years eve once - think it was much the same really - only there was a big christmas tree in main street and a fabulous firework display at midnight

do you mean actually over Christmas? If so then I havent but a friend says its fantastic as when they open the doors on the day they hand out hot chocolate to everyone and its really festive.

We stayed there at the end of last December so all the christmas stuff was up and it was great. In fact it was fantastic because it was so quiet at that time of year and there were no queues for anything - plus dead cheap out of season-ish.

my mum went for new years eve and it was snowing etc and they were soo cold, she vowed never again as it was too cold for the kiddies she took with her!

We went for Christmas in 2000. Yes it was festive, but be aware that the French do their Christmas meal on Christmas Eve (so the hotels had characters, Father Christmas etc). It was very strange just having typical theme park food on Christams Day itelf! Also a lot of the staff had the day off so the queues were longer than usual, and many of the food places were shut. So to add insult to injury, not only did we have Christmas Day lunch in the Rainforest cafe -standard menu!-, but we had to wait for 1.5 hours!

We're going on Dec 4th! Been before at that timea nd it was fab!!! Got us in the mood for Xmas. Can thoroughly recommend it! Haven't been for Xmas itself though. We go mid week as there's no queues and it's SO festive - really magical for the kids
