Saturday night, nice boutique hotel, yorkshire area?

Anyone know of a place around yorkshire (pref Halifax) that is really nice?

Was thinking of something quite cool but still ok for a five and one year old.

Any suggestions would be fab...the more the better as I can imagine lots are booked up!

The Devonshire Arms at Bolton Abbey is a lovely hotel. There is the abbey nearby with stepping stones etc and also an open farm which would interest the kids or is it just the hotel you are bothered about?

We've got to come to Halifax (we are in Leicestershire) to view something on Staurday and as kids are going to have to come too thought we might as well make a night of it iysyim.

I don't seem to be getting very far, oh well.

How about this one in Huddersfield. That's an easy drive to Halifax, as is Leeds, but Leeds will be alot more expensive. Waterfront Hotel
