Any hotel recommendations please for a short stay in Paris?

We plan on taking the Eurostarfriday evening, staying in Paris Friday night, taking the train to Disneyland for the day on sturdy,back to our hotel in Paris Saturday night then Sunday playing tourist in Paris before getting the Eurostar back Sunday evening.
Does that sound doable?
Any hotels to recommend please?

We're off to Paris this weekend and will be staying in a Novotel (Tour Eiffel, but there are other's that will be more convenient for Disneyland.) We stayed in one for a one nighter a couple of year ago. We'd booked a family room, but were given two interlinking rooms at no additional cost. The kids got various goodies, there was a very extensive breakfast buffet (Always a bonus for DD2. Her record is an eight course breakfast at a Swiss hotel) with balloon modellers going around the tables making things for the kids.

It was a million miles away from the types of hotels I used to stay in in Paris pre-kids, but ideal for a family stay.
