2 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby, Hotel / country Estate in Scotland - where to go?

Any recommendations within a 2 hour drive of Glasgow?
We normally stay at Crieff Hydro or Cameron House (both excellent) but fancy a change.
Any suggestions?

The Fairmont, St Andrews?

Gleneagles is fab but pricey.

Also...Peebles Hydro is nice with great mountain biking centre very close by.
