What is the cheapest holiday I could possibly go on with some sunshine?

We are so so skint and have another baby on the way. Absolutely desperate for some sun though. Would really love to go on a holiday with DS and DH before the baby comes. We've been stupid and are only getting around to booking it now. Does anyone have any ideas for any super duper cheap holidays with someone sunshine and swimming in May (will be too pregs after that)?

Have you tried looking at Ryanair flights and separate accommodation with Travel republic. If you go outside the school holidays you can often get some fantastic deals.

Look to fly to the Barcelona area - the flights tend to be cheaper ...or down to the South of France where there are numerous airports like Bezier ...there are lots of holiday parks very close to Bezier where you would get a decent deal and you dont really need a car ....

Malta is the cheapest sunniest place. It should be lovely in May too.

Not sure how warm it would be in May, but we had a very cheap week away last Easter in Fuengirola (about £700 for 4 of us). We booked flights with Ryanair and stayed here . In low season, Fuengirola is a surprisingly nice place to stay!
