Ibiza recommendations please

Could anyone point me in the right direction for a nice resort in Ibiza. No nightclubs but plenty of restaurants and family friendly beach...preferably no water sports type place. We usually go self catering apartment with sea as close as possible and plenty of choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk.
