Vale de Lobo anyone?

We are looking at it for our family summer holiday. We all like tennis, DH and DS play golf. It sounds ideal. Has anyone been who can advise about different accommodations etc please?

Watching with interest. We went to visit friends there before DC & thought it would be a good choice. We're a tennis/golf family. I'm guessing it might be horribly pricey in the summer hols.

What age are your children dontcallmemam? Perhaps we'll go together!

Hah, yes. Competitive teens who will argue play tennis all day and eat enough for 10 people!

Not personally but a friend has been and said it was nice but as they had booked through a private rental and not directly with Vale Do Lobo they had to pay extra to use the shuttle bus around the resort or for other facilities such as tennis.
We stayed at a golf resort in the Algarve one year, Parque de floresta in Budens . It was October so we used the indoor pool but again had to pay to use it everyday -which did quickly add up as there were 4 of us.

Have you done a 'Vale do Lobo' search on here -somebody has bound to have been.
