What will the weather be like? We are going on an activity holiday at Easter and I trying to channel my excitement into something useful by starting to think about what we need to take.

Apparently the average high is 24 and low 11 degrees. They get 51cm of rain in the month and 7 wet days. 8 hours of sun per day.

But what does that mean? Typically does it drizzle all day for 7 days at a time or do they get 7 random days of short sharp showers?

What does the 24 degrees feel like? Warm enough to sit by a pool in your cossie or not quite? Shorts or long trousers for hiking/cycling?

Thanks

We went in late march a few years ago.
It was sunny and bright but not that warm- very comfortable walking/activity weather but too cool for swimming. If everyone has a decent fleece or jumper you should be fine.

The locals all thought it was freezing! We had a baby with us and we kept getting shouted at by old spanish ladies as they thought she didnt have enough clothes on.

Absolutely georgeous scenery- have a good time!

We went to Granada for Easter once and it is warm and sunny during the day and a bit chilly in the evenings. If you are in the mountains doing activities I would take layers/waterproofs.
