Luxury / boutique hotel..with baby! Recommendations?

DH has just won a 1 night hotel stay with dinner up to value of £300 at hotel of our choice. We have a 6 week old baby & nobody we trust to have him overnight...

So looking for recommendations of somewhere a bit special but that would be ok to take baby too in his travel cot. Ideally somewhere that does great food but is happy to serve it via room service.

Open to locations within a 1 hour drive of Buckinghamshire OR the W.Midlands

Calcot manor, has a nursery and is fab

hotel du vin birmingham is lovely and the food is excellent. not sure if there is any childcare but i have had dinner in my room whilst staying at hdv.
