Weekend away recommendations in Europe for February/march

I would be grateful for any recommendations for a weekend away in Europe for February/march for two adults and two children aged 8 and 13.

We are not seasoned travellers and would like somewhere fairly easy to find our way around we have previously managed Paris.

Salzburg is lovely and very picturesque. You can get direct flights in ski season (which you might be at the end of) or fly to munich and get the train, it only takes about an hour.

Krakow is also lovely and easy to get to and around.

Barcelona. Beach, shops, cable car, great food, short flight.

Brussels? Or Bruges, not been myself but it looks fab.

Prague, beautiful, interesting and plenty to see and do.

Prague.
Archibald by Charles Bridge Hotel was lovely.
Free walking tours in centre of Prague (not really free, but you give your guide what you think the walk was worth). Ours was excellent.
We went in December. Meals & drinks out very reasonable.
We are off to Krakow in March which I see someone in this thread has recommended.

Bruges. Chilly maybe but lovely and compact. We also hired bikes there with kids about the same age.

Bruges is lovely. Brussels has quite a lot of museums etc. I love Barcelona. Seville and Granada are also good places for a weekend.

Prague - small and easy to navigate. We went in December and it was beautiful but very cold. Honey cake and apple pie to provide extra padding on the body to keep warm!

I would love to go to Bruges. We had it all booked before I got pregnant but then I was too ill with morning sickness to go. The hotel we had booked looked lovely and quite reasonable. They were so nice when we had to cancel, the policy said our deposit was non refundable but they refunded it with no quibbles. It was called hotel jan brito
