Rainforset cafe would go down well but v expensive.

blue kangeroo in fulham is good for kids.

picnic in regents park, or hyde park might go down best of sall though?

science museum and then for pasta in one of the local restaurants?

London Zoo and regents park for picnic, stroll through camden as well, there is also a little city farm which i can give you details of in camden

how about a sho, lion king or something like that?

tour of london on bus, buck palace etc

madame tusards - would she appreciate it?

If you do blue kangeroo for lunch then battersea park is good and has small zoo going on there too.

Much better place than Blue Kangaroo (and is same general area) opened a few months ago, called Gambado. It has a website, so take a look. Would suggest going by taxi or bus as it's a little tricky to get to if you don't know the area. It's huge, clean, has lots of fun things to do, and has good food. Also has computers with internet access and flat screen telly for adults. Definitely a fun place.

Do you know yet where you're staying?

Place to eat that my kids enjoy: TGI Friday's. Not specific to London, but we only go as a treat.

Places to go: apart from those already mentioned, a trip on the DLR to Greenwich, visit around there, back into town on the boat.

Have a lovely time. Your DD is at a nice age, she'll remember it.

I took DS2 and two of his friends to the Tower of London for his eighth birthday. They had a great time. We ate at the cafe inside the Tower.

Thank you for those ideas. Brilliant.
Earlybird I checked out Gambado and it looks great.
We went to Rainforest cafe years ago had forgotten about it. She would love that!
Like the Tower of London idea.
Thanks !
