Advice please... Games / toys...

Hello, we are heading off soon on a long haul flight with all 4 DC's. Ages 10, 8, 6 and 4. They have plenty of games on iPods, Nintendo DS and leapsters but I am trying to think of flight suitable non screen things to take for them that won't drive the other passengers bonkers! Help please!

Top trumps , colouring books , puzzle books ,story book . Snap cards so younger one can play . Magnetic games , like snake &ladders . Paper pens , play hang man , X and o , who knows things starting with a , have sixty seconds to do as many as possible ,

Seriously, don't worry about screen time. MY dds took heaps of stuff on a long haul, I made them up travel bags of all new stuff & it was barely touched.

The screens were the most popular!

Thanks all! I know the screens are going to be the best bit! I just need something as back up! also we have so e fairly lengthy connection waiting times so the things I bring might be handy then too!

So far we have sudoku, crosswords, snap, proper cards, plain paper pads for drawing and pens and pencils! I will go pick up a travel connect 4 and the other bits today, I'm sure they will get used when we are camping the other end anyway!
