Holiday abroad, suitable for children and disabled mum?

I want to book a holiday for myself, DH, 2 children (7,4) and my mum, who is disabled. She can walk, with a walker but going too ad causes her considerable pain. Any hotel would need a lift. Looking online, I can't find a company which includes this in the information. I think I've taken it for granted before!

I'm disabled and walk with sticks. We do travel abroard on holidays. My advice is don't book online, either go in to an agent or phone.

We went with Thomson 2 years ago. It was horrific. We booked special assistance and seats at the front for me and one other of the party, they then sold them as extra leg room on both journeys. The apartment we booked was on 2 floors, it wasn't advertised as such, they had no where else to put us so I had to crawl up and down the stairs. We complained out in resort and at home and got our money back and more.

Last year we went with Jet2, they were a lot cheaper than Thomson and bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care off.

I have had good experiences with Thomas Cook and Direct Holidays too.
