iCandy Apple or Mountain Buggy?

Really confused about what pram to buy and have received lots of conflicting advice....however have seen both mountain buggy and icandy apple (cheaper than Bugaboo but looks exactly the same?). Definitely want a pushchair with carry cot option to start off with and just wondered if anyone had used either of the above and had any feedback (positive or negative) to help us in our decision...Thanks alot in advance!!! Confused of Surrey

I love my mountain buggy. I'm getting a double soon too.

The single urban has seen us through two years of fairly rough treatment including loads of shopping (we've had to replace the tyres once), numerous international flights and traversing rough terrain.

It is so easy to push, corners on a sixpence...have pushed them all and it's the easiest by far. Buy it!!

Thanks alot for all your messages - mountain buggy sounds like a winner - have any of you used it with the carry cot too? We can't find any local retailers that actually stock the carry cot for us to have a look at.

Yep we had a carry cot - easy to fit and get on and off! infact I have told dh we have to have a third (child not MB) so we can use it again!

Mountain buggies are great...

'my' one at work has had almost constant use for 6 years (tho not for the past 6 months as yoingest is now 4)... its been used with a buggy board on the back for the past 3 years...

its easuly got another 'child' left in it yet (if my bosses ever had another baby)

also they live in a house where you go through thweir woods / then their field then you climb down this tree (and throw down MB) and walk along the beach.... they also have 2 dogs and this MB has been on that dog walk (ie 'proper' off road use) nearly every day in that time.
