Childcare while we are at a wedding

DH and I are invited to the evening reception for my secretary's wedding this year. Wedding in Bedfordshire countryside where we know no-one, and in a place with no bedrooms. Ds2 is unimpressed if other people are there when he wakes up in the mornings (19 months) so DH thinks we need to take them. DS1 will be 3.5 by then, they are both v good when they are put to bed and I swear they will not wake, can anyone suggest how I find a sitter in Bedfordshire who can look after them in whatever hotel we end up staying in? we would put them to bed I think and then sneak off to the wedding

If you have used Sitters at least once at your home address then they can also supply sitters elsewhere when you are away from home. I imagine this would include staying at a hotel but it would be worth checking with them.

Also some hotels have connections with local babysitting agencies -- you could ask about this when you are booking a hotel.
