Just curious if there are going to be loads of MN'ers there..... It'll be one of those lots of Mums/Dads/Kids scenarios where I'm looking around thinking "I wonder if you are an mn'er?"

Oops sorry didn't see you! It was brill! The kids absolutely loved it!! The only problem this year is that because you are on a time limit we ran out of time to do all the activities because the show is quite long. We got there dead on 9am, a show started straight away but we went round the things to do - sat down to watch the second show and at the end of it they started saying it was time to go and not letting us queue up so I'd say get there early and do the activities with the characters they love first in case you don't get round it all. Def watch the whole show though, the kids were mesmerised!!

thanks zephyrcat, sounds fun

so there's a show and stuff that you go round?

will aim to get there first thing...

tassis · 15/07/2006 20:48

no, first time - any other tips?

zephyrcat · 15/07/2006 20:52

Take lunch - there wasn;t much there to buy foodwise... Every 'activity' gives you a freebie when they have been round it which is another good reason to go straight to the ones they love best! There's a nick jr 'shop' there too which has some good stuff.... Camera is a must! Although there is a Sky tv stand which gives out free disposable cameras.

Soory missed your first post - not doing very well today!! There are different activities for each show - ie bob the builder they go round a track on a trike to collect a brick then add it to the wall on the way round.... backyardigans they build a big soft play pirate ship then look in the trasure chest to get a free cd... blues clues soft play... huge thomas the tank boucy castle....fifi and the flowertots flower planting.

The stage show is brill - it's all the characters doing little sketches... my two were really impressed with lazytown, it's the real Stephanie from the show but a different Sportacus (still good though!)
