Humour me....how do I pack for my hols...not as easy as it sounds.....

On Thursday dh and I and 3 of our kids go to France for Choir tour...

I return on Saturday to pick up ds2 from activity holiday and take him back to france via a wdeeing by car.

I drive with ds2 to France (after going to wedding) on Saturday night and then we all stay in France for 2/3 weeks.

So how do I pack????

disposable clothes sounds easiest

Main luggage for you all in suitcases then a seperate bag for you containing return journey items and wedding items and a similar bag for ds2 with wedding outfit and journey back to france items.

If that makes sense.

Could you leave ds2's stuff & your wedding stuff ready at home? That way you know, he's sorted. Then you've got everyone else's to pack... good luck!

dh, 3 kids going with him - pack for full time

you - pack for first bit, then leave wedding clothes and clothes for second bit on bed waiting to be repacked when you get home

ds2 - pack his bag (as far as you can) before you go and leave on bed with your stuff.

Then wash what you need from his activity hols + your time in France then repack

Don't pack at all, as somebody suggested to me once... just but the clothes on the day that you need them.

CD, booked fabuoous villa in south france for 16 days. No return booked so might hang out in France for another week.

here is my villa

So

pack paris stuff (including uniforms etc) then pack in big suitcase everything for hols? and leave ready to take in car......???

not sure if I wil ahve time to wash ds2 activity stuff sdo might have to take dirty??

Well the lady who is picking ds up form the trip has offered to do all his washing..so that is one weight off my mind!!!
