Hotels/Guesthouses in Cambridge

Can anyone recommend a hotel or guest house in Cambridge? I want something fairly central as we are going to a wedding at Downing College, but hopefully not too expensive!

Any recommendations would be gratefully received, or advice on where NOT to go.

How not too expensive? There is a fairly central travellodge now.
