Valencia

Hi,

We're considering going to Valencia some time in the spring for a short week/long weekend. My sister visited recently and can recommend an apartment to stay in so I think we're sorted for accommodation.

DS will be about 20 mo.

Has anyone been? Any tips or recommendations? I've looked online and there seems to be quite a lot to do with slightly older kids 3+ but not a huge amount for younger ones.

Thanks

I love Valencia! The beach is very safe & clean, ideal for children. I'm not sure if the City of Arts & Sciences complex would be too much a 20m old, perhaps that might be better for older kids, but maybe check out their website to see if there is anything on for younger kids. It is a wonderful place to spend a day in looking at various exhibits, including the aquarium.

I seem to remember a nice playground in the city centre,in the riverbed gardens, you could take him there, as that's also a nice safe area for little ones to run around in.
