Other than the asylum?

Looking for something fir a few nights over half term. Ideally stuff for the kids, but also space to chill out with a glass of wine once the kids are in bed.

Looked at a lodge up at Avienore but £850 for 3 nights seems extortionate!

Thanks

Crieff hydro? We've always had fun there, not necessarily cheap, but you get a free childcare session each day and lots to do.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was ideal for that age of kids. The chalets are not luxurious but fine, and the pub on site is fantastic- great food and some music at night sometimes.

Cairnsmill Caravan Park in St Andrews has 5 really nice statics for hire, stayed here loads, swimming pool and bar onsite, beautiful beach, fab town centre.

Erigmore in Perthshire...

Piperdam, Dundee...

Stayed at them all and would happily return Smile

2 hrs by plane or car.

A quick look on Thomson for example shows based on children's ages being 6,4 2,1 ( just guessed), you can stay in the Baltic islands for a week for all of you for £850. That's including flights/ appartment or hotel either self tarted or half board. If x2 children under 2 then even cheaper
