BA hotline tickets

May get these tickets and wonder how flexible they are? Can you change travel dates/upgrade if the the seat normally would have allowed such changes or are the restrictions for hotline tickets over and above what normally would apply?

Can you not ask the staff member who booked them for you?? It should state the fare conditions on the fare quote but usually you can change them with a fee of £50 plus any additional cost of the fare and they are non refundable.
