Has anyone been to Rovinj? Am off next week for 12 mo and just wondering about recommendations/ food/ anything?! Thanks!

Ah yes but it was 30 years ago and still under communist rule .
Everything had a fixed price, coffee or whatever was same price in every restaurant.

Very, very beautiful though, I expect the scenery is the only thing the same now.
