does anyone have an MG B GT car and uses car seats?

my DH has been after one for ages and now we can afford one we have discovered that our car seat wont fit in the back. We have found a kit for putting a seatbelt in the back but the seat is quite narrow. the height of the total seat can be no more than 60cms. my mum had one years agao and we had car seats in the back but she can't remember what make they where. anyone help?

ooooh!!! I used to have one of these!! It was a 1974 in tahiti blue 1.8 with overdrive, wow it went!!!! It was one of the loves in my life!!! I'm afraid I discovered the same as you when I was about 6m pg with my ds and had to sell it (he's now 8!). I still miss it!!! I wish you luck!
