Experienced IBEROSTAR now want the same luxury on a budget

This year was the first year of going abroad as a family on a package holiday.

In order for it to be ideal and the start of many more 'package holidays', I really pushed the boat out and stayed in an Iberostar.

It was incredible, but now I have seen what a really good 4* all inclusive is like, when I am looking for 2014's package holiday, everything just doesn't look as good.

I really fancy any of the Iberostar's in Playa de Muro in Majorca. I have got the price just about manageable for 7 nights with half board, I think it is nearly £1000 more for all inclusive, and then 7 nights is not as long as the 10 days we experienced this year.

Please someone advise me, I want luxury on a budget preferably with all inclusive

Have you shopped around for the best price for the hotel you want next year? I stayed at the hotel you went to this year last year and was amazed how much the price varied.

sorry purple but you gets what you pays for if something of 4 star standard existed at 2 star prices then firstly they wouldn't be in business and second we would all have booked them out. suggest go down fluffys route and see if it is advertised somewhere else cheaper. most of the really good places have such a reputation that they don't need to go on to the last minute sites because they know they will fill up. why not post this on short haul bit of holidays and see if someone else has another suggestion.
