Norway by myself. flying to Rygge

After all your brilliant help with my Iceland trip I need some more help.

I'm thinking of going to Norway for 5 days at the end of September.
I'm flying into Rygge airport (cheap seats!)

At the moment I'm starting the planning stage. Any ideas, tips or hints.
I'm a keen walker and I'm doing it (as usual ) on a budget!
