Weather in/around Perpignan next week...

Going next weekend to campsite. Haven't been before, hoping weather is ok and wondering if worth taking kids wetsuits. No idea if sea will be warm enough. Used to chilly uk coastal temps usually. Thanks x

Weather forecast is good and it's the mediterranean - no need for wetsuits i wouldn't have thought, sea will be lovely, i'm jealous!

Mind you, we were down there last summer and the Med was so cold I couldn't bear to go in it. Bone achingly cold. Everyone was complaining!

Really? How so? Hadn't it had the hot, hot sun warming it up all summer? I'm no expert but the med is usually warm enough even or me.

Well that's what was so very surprising. It's usually really very pleasant. But last year it was so cold. Didn't go this year so don't know.

We've just come back from down that way. I was between 28 to 36 while we were there and the sea was beautiful!
