Winter sun recommendations??

We are planning a winter sun break in January with our Ds who will be 2.5 and 9mo. We went last year to Barbados and had a great time, looking for something similar, any recommendations? Criteria so far are;

Kids club or private babysitter option for a couple of hours in the day and evenings
Not horrific transfer time
Separate bedroom option
Good food options

Any inspiration?

How about Cotton Bay Village in St Lucia which has a creche and is really good for little ones, or The Residence in Mauritius which has private nannies.
