Huge shot in the dark but...
We've screwed up re suntan lotion so if anyone is coming out and fancies making a trip to Boots for me first I'd be very grateful.

Have you tried the Neilson forum on their website? Also if you talk to the Neilson resort manager he/she may know whether any of the staff have family coming out next week?
