Mark Warner Perdepera or Sea Garden?

Considering a last minute holiday to Mark Warner Perdepera (Sardinia) or Sea Garden (Turkey) with DS(nearly 11). Have you been to either or these, if so any thoughts? Thanks :)

Haven't been to either of those but we went to Mark Warner Levante (Rhodes) with DS (12) and DD (10) in July and it was fantastic.
