Playa Montroig or Cambrils Park?

Just about to book and can't decide which of these. Flying into Barcelona, will hire a car - it'll be me, DH and DD (21mo then).

Anyone got any experience of either??

Not been to those sites, but stayed at Sanguli with Thomson Al fresco - not far from Cambrils. Lovely area. (We chose Sanguli as had a Teen and got Portaventura tickets, and could also walk to station for a day trip to Barcelona)
