No - we have a C3 picasso and only have 2 small and we have to get a taxi to the airport as the car boot is not big enough. To be honest you may struggle in an astra as well. A VW touran has loads of bootspace.

No. I wouldn't say so.

I have a C4 and it has a lovely large boot space. Is that an option?

Better to have too much space for a few quid difference.
