I have never seen it but then I haven't been looking. I would be surprised if you could buy any kind of tonic water in France tbh but maybe in more anglicised areas you can Dordogne etc If it's vital I would take it with you.

You can buy it in Spain - tonica light.

Yes - available in most supermarkets (called "light" not slimline)
