Thinking of taking kids this holiday as got a Groupon voucher for a family pass. Does anyone know:

What days are less busy?

Can we go straight to gate with voucher or do we have to turn up at ticket office first to exchange it?

How do you get hold of the free tickets for the activities slot/tours?

Do we need to book the restaurant?

I went last week and had to go to the ticket office with our pre-paid ticket. I would imagine it would be the same for a voucher. I went on a sunny Saturday in the summer hols and although the car park looked really busy there was plenty of space and nothing felt too crowded. There was a wedding on too. There were staff about at the entrance to the castle who told us where to go for the free tickets etc. We didn't eat there though, just took a picnic. Hope you enjoy it!
