Cheap but nice self catering in South of France - near a beach

Hi all, DH and I are looking to spend a week in South of France - ideally in Antibes or very near - with DS who will be one in September. We want self catering and don't mind if it's a static caravan or an apartment - it just has to be reasonably priced and have the beach near. Has anyone found anywhere suitable? A place with a pool would be the icing on the cake!

When are you looking to go? My BIL has an apartment in Antibes which he has just put up for sale but he might be willing to rent it out for a week as long as it was left immaculate. I think there is a pool in the complex. He and my SIL and their 2 year old have just come back from a holiday there so I'm assuming it's child friendly as SIL is extremely particular!

We are going \link{http://www.siblu.com/la_sirene.php\here} this year (as are at least 2 other MNers!). Haven't found a bad review yet. Fab pools, near beach etc.

We have also stayed at La Carabasse (also with Siblu) where you can walk through the vineyards to the beach. Nice site but pool looks better at La Sirene.
