Probably been done a million times but ... Family Friendly hotels near Palma

Any ideas for hotels suitable for a family (2 adults, 1 4 y/o) near Palma.

• must have a pool / kids pool
• must have a restaurant
• must be near a beach
• not too far from Palma airport and handy for the waterparks / transport
• cheapish - say £100 per night or around that
• ideally I would like somewhere naice with local seafront restaurants serving nice fresh fish rather than British pubs n greasy spoons (I like Pollensa / Soller) but realise that might be asking too much.

Have searched all the usual websites but there is so much choice I would love a recommendation. Thanks in advance.
