I hate Ryan air

I booked a flight for my mum to Ireland and now the confirmation says 0 bags. When I try and edit the booking it keeps coming up with an error saying I have entered the wrong info .... But it isn't - I have checked it six times!!!!! Aaaaaargh

First use say no to 0870 to find A cheaper phone number than their premium rate ones.
Then if you're not satisfied with response, google ways others have dealt with Ryanair. We googled till we found names of company bosses and got an excellent response.
