HELP! - flying longhaul tomorrow for the first time - help me write my packing list

Off to Bali for a week and then Singapore for a week (Squeeeeeee!). SIL's wedding. Never gone long-haul before (in fact never been outside Europe!). We fly to Turkey, then Singapore, then Bali. It is me and DH, plus DS1 (24), DS2 (13) and DD (6). All accommodation is sorted.

What have I forgotten?

What should we take in hand luggage?

Any top tips?

Any advice?

Snacks, guide book, a little sheet of paper X 2 one held by you one by DH that has flight details, passport numbers etc on it as well as addresses you are going to. We make up a little holiday folder saves getting lost when we are tired and has contact addresses phone numbers etc. insurance docs? camera? anti mosquito spray, bite stick?

US dollars if you need to buy your visa on arrival in Bali.

clothing wise, you won't believe the heat and humidity. Light cotton loose layers, plus one fleece each for aircon places.

don't forget insect repellent with DEET - Singapore and Bali are dengue zones (although Singapore is low risk). You will also need adapters, but not in Singapore which uses Proper British Plugs. :-) And you can drink the water there too.
