Will be there for a full day. What are the must sees? Any camping recommendations? Thanks

The Ashmolean Museum
University Colleges
Carfax Tower
University Parks

Afternoon tea at the Randolf Hotel is a must (if you're an Inspector Morse or Lewis fan)

Definitely go punting in University Parks, then find Little Clarendon Street and grab an ice cream sundae from G&D's.

Pitt Rivers museum is lovely, with lots for kids to do and see; open top bus tour is a nice way to get oriented and spot places mentioned in Pullman's books.

Climb St Mary's Tower, then eat in the church garden (Crypt Cafe), next to the Radcliffe Camera.

Definitely explore several colleges. Magdalen is beautiful, but so are many others.
