Hotel in France, on route to Provence/Cote d'azur

Hi, I 'm looking for a hotel on the way down to the South of France, Cote D'azur, may be fairly close to Dijon - any recomendations please? Also looking for one on the way back, an hour or two north of Dijon and preferrably not too much of a detour!!
We're a family of 5 but the youngest will only be 7mths and will go in a travel cot which I'm happy to discuss with the hotel. Our middle child could go in one too at a push as will only be 2 1/2.
Thank You

Second the Novotels. They generally have pools, good kids menu and free breakfast for kids, plus playrooms, playgrounds.

Have stayed in the ones at Dijon Nord, Lyon Nord and Macon Sud which were all fine. Also Beaune is lovely. link

A bit south of Dijon, but a few minutes off the motorway at Macon Sud this place is truly gorgeous. Free wine tasting, lovely meal, beautiful garden.

Thank You Portofino, much appreciated, I think it will be novotel for one of our overnights - I've just contacted the hotel you linked, it looks absolutely fabulous!! :-)

It was really lovely. We stayed in a previous year at the Novotel at Mavon Sud, which was perfectly fine, but omg, this place was wonderful.

It looks absolutely fab, they're only available for the journey back so we're just deciding if we need somewhere further north instead which would be a real shame.
Do you (or anyone) have any recomendations around the Reims area or even Troyes? Thank You
