Their 2-bed apartments are full the week we want to go, so has anyone stayed somewhere that offers a similar arrangement?
Namely: small, family-run SC apartments with two bedrooms, pool, safe outdoor play area, pref. other English-speaking families for our kids to make friends with, pref. short transfer, pref. mainland Spain, but not in the middle of nowhere (we like to potter around old towns, castles, etc and eat out). Coastline nearby would be a plus.
I'd also consider other countries, but I've been to Tuscany loads of times, so not really interested in going back.
