Don't know what country you're going to or how near you'll be to shops. Are you asking what food you should take with you? Depending on where you're going and the time of year, you may not want to be spending more than a couple of hours at the beach in any one stint: it may just be too hot for your kids. You'll need lots of suncream, loose clothes to cover their arms and legs, hats they can't take off and an umbrella, at the very least. Umbrellas likely to be available at the beach in a lot of places - either to hire or to buy cheaply.

I'd definitely take a pram, esp as you won't be at the beach all the time and are likely to want to be able to go for walks, go shopping, eat out. But impossible to answer your food question without more info, I'd say.
