anyone been to an h10 hotel?

Looking for an easy break in the sun with 3 kids 5,7 and 9. Clean, nice food and not full of party animals.
Someone I know has been to an h10 hotel near Salou and said it was fab.

Anyone else been?

Saw this thread and came on to say that we have been to two and really rate them as a hotel chain. However we went to the one in Salou (cap) and were so very disappointed.
It depends what your after in a hotel. The H10 standard was still there and I couldn't fault the standards but it was fellow guests that were the problem.
The hotel was up an alleyway and didn't really 'look' nice iyswim.
The hotel is also half self catering and we experienced many large (10 plus) families/groups taking over the pool area.
I would not stay in H10 Salou again but can't wait to go back to the one in lanzarote.

Is there a best place to book?

We booked both stays through our local travel agent but I know a lot of people booked online via H10 then bought air tickets.
One thing about the Salou H10 hotel the kids section of the pool is very deep. Kids in life supports there.
The Rubicon palace in lanzarote is much further out of town but the hotel is spread out and all in one complex. There is a tiny beach yards from the gate but a bus/ taxi from shops and restaurants.
We love H10 as they have an ents team that keep kids and adults busy, they really take time to get to know the littles ones and work very hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves -but leave you totally alone if that's what you want.
Phew sorry it's long, bought a house this year so not going away this year and wishing we were!! Enjoy your holiday whatever you book.
