Any southern MNs who fancy a BRILLIANT historical day out might like to visit Portchester Castle to see Roman soldiers marching, fighting, chariot racing and even having surgery! We visited the event today...... it's still on tomorrow and is definately well worth a visit. (Porchester Castle is near Portsmoth junc. 11 M27).
