3 year and 11 year old - perfect holiday ideas

Anyone any recommendations for a uk/Europe holiday that will keep the above ages (and parents happy)?

I was a holiday snob about all inclusive until DS was 3 and DSS was 11 - booked an AI to Gran Canaria and it was brilliant. Both boys had a great time and we even got to relax a bit. We went at Easter, hence Canaries. Since then we have done a few more (as well as more independent hols). Suits a big age gap
