Can anyone find me a holiday house please?

I'm looking for a holiday house for October half term week. It needs to have 4 bedrooms (sleep 8) or more. Child friendly.
Location? Somewhere between Leeds and North Wales, doesn't necessarily have to be a touristy area, tbh a non-touristy area would probably be cheaper!

So that's from Friday 20th October, starting on that day or the Saturday, even Thursday 19th at a push. For a week.
Can anyone find me somewhere nice please but reasonably priced?
