Just got a speeding fine from our Spanish holiday delivered to our uk address. How do we appeal it and do we have to pay it?

Did you do it? If so, why appeal?

Trying to work it out but we think the car was parked at time they say we did it as we were visiting the Alhambra.

Is it your car or a hire car?

If it's a hire they'll just take the fines off your creidt card. They're just not bothered about apeals.

I'd use Google Translate to see what it says first, then work from there. It should give you infomation on appealing.

Hire car

No chance of appealing then, they just won't be interested in it.

My SIL tried arguing with the hire company for an offence in Italy and it got her nowhere Sad
