Taking Ella's kitchen sachets on a flight in hand luggage

Hoping someone can advise as my friend has asked for lots of baby/toddler snacks when we go to visit her next week.

I saw they had some of the 6 pack Ella's Kitchen in Aldi and bought 2 packs of 6 small sachets to take and have put them in my case. Then remembered about the liquid malarky and wondered if these would count assuming they do but hoping by some quirk of physics they aren't considered a threat? I wasn't planning on checking in a bag as don't want the faff of the carousel with DD but am now wondering if I should...

Not sure if it makes a difference, but the airline is Air Maroc :)
TIA

They don't count as liquids at security, but they're likely to ask you to taste them - last time I travelled they selected a couple for me to taste.

I'm not sure if the rules are different if you don't have a baby/toddler with you - how old is DD?

I think they do count as liquids and from experience they can ask you to open and taste up to half.

Also, think they only allow you to take what you realistically need for the flight. You should really think about checking the bag in

She is 22mo. I am thinking it would be better to check a larger bag in now...then we also have room for purchases in case I go a bit overboard in the souks.
Just need to figure out how to push the buggy and pull a large wheely case as well as our cabin wheely case...

If these are liquid based airport security may well confiscate them, these will be counted as liquids and so fall foul of the 100ml rule. If you take these, they will need to go in as hold luggage.

I have dusted off El Supremo and have packed them in there. Also found my old school backpack for hand luggage I is gonna look well classy me. Thanks :)
