Cape Town hotels

Hi,
Off to Cape Town for a week in July. Can anyone recommend a hotel? We're looking for something on the Waterfront and would like to be in the middle of things.

Have looked on line but the choice is quite overwhelming!

Table Bay Hotel or The One and Only and omg you are soooo lucky. Cape Town is my absolute bestest place in the whole universe. The scenery, the weather, the breeze, food, wine, people everything. Have a great trip.
