August holiday with hot and beautiful sandy beach

We have a 15 year old and 3 year old and can only travel August and would love some recommendations for a hot sunny holiday (ideally Europe) with long uncrowded sandy shallow beach with water sports with hotel/villa on or very close to the beach. I am probably asking for too much but surely somewhere exists under £10,000 for 2 weeks.

It has the longest, whitest most beautiful beach I've ever seen.

If you have a 10k budget you need Sardinia. Beaches to die for - and I have been all over.
