Egypt in late September with 3 yr old? Have you done it?

Just that really - thinking of going in late September for 2 weeks, All inclusive. Me, DP and DS (who will turn 3 whilst we are there).

Im worrying that although me and DP love Egypt, it will be too hot for DS? Even though its a lovely dry heat and not a sweaty one. We aren't daft and would of course keep him covered in a proper swimsuit and lather him in cream, ensuring we go inside at lunchtime for a couple of hours. He naps at that time anyway to be fair.

Advice please?

Thanks.

Yes, have also done April too and both are lovely. Heat around early 30's but really doesn't feel that hot. Just make sure you use hat in swimming pool, UVA swim suits and take a long lunch. DS is 3 and we have been 4 times in last few years .
All places will have umbrellas and I take play do, colouring, gluing etc so she plays in the shade rather than spend all her time in the pool which she would love to do. We stay at Sultan gardens . I am sure there are more luxurious resorts but price fantastic, on the beach very friendly and never a bad tummy makes us keep returning when we need a dose of the sun
